Miqaat Widgets Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (End User License Agreement) apply to the Miqaat Widgets iOS app published by Mahmoud Hussein. Effective date: March 24, 2026.

By downloading or using Miqaat Widgets, you agree to these terms.

License

Miqaat Widgets is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on Apple devices that you own or control. The license is non-transferable and non-exclusive.

Subscriptions and purchases

Miqaat Widgets offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime unlock.

Miqaat Premium Monthly: 1 month of premium access, 2.99 USD per month.

Miqaat Premium Yearly: 12 months of premium access, 19.99 USD per year.

Miqaat Lifetime: a one-time non-renewing purchase, 39.99 USD.

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region and by Apple pricing updates.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if one is offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Availability of features

Features, pricing, and premium benefits may change over time. Some functionality depends on device support, widget support, location permission, notification permission, or Apple services.

Prayer-time calculations depend on the selected calculation settings, device time, location accuracy, and available data. The app is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law.

شروط استخدام تطبيق ميقات

تنطبق شروط الاستخدام هذه (اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي) على تطبيق ميقات لنظام iOS المنشور من محمود حسين. تاريخ السريان: 24 مارس 2026.

باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

التطبيق مرخّص لك وغير مُباع، للاستخدام الشخصي على أجهزة Apple التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها.

يوفر التطبيق اشتراكات متجددة تلقائيًا وشراءً لمرة واحدة مدى الحياة: اشتراك شهري بقيمة 2.99 دولار أمريكي لمدة شهر واحد، واشتراك سنوي بقيمة 19.99 دولار أمريكي لمدة 12 شهرًا، وشراء مدى الحياة بقيمة 39.99 دولار أمريكي لمرة واحدة. تظهر الأسعار داخل التطبيق بعملتك المحلية وقد تختلف حسب المنطقة.

يتم تحصيل الدفع من حساب Apple عند تأكيد الشراء. تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية، ويتم تحصيل رسوم التجديد خلال 24 ساعة قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية.

يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه في أي وقت من إعدادات حساب Apple بعد الشراء.

قد تتغير المزايا والأسعار مع الوقت، وتعتمد بعض الوظائف على دعم الجهاز والويدجت وأذونات الموقع والإشعارات وخدمات Apple.

تعتمد حسابات أوقات الصلاة على إعدادات الحساب المختارة ووقت الجهاز ودقة الموقع والبيانات المتاحة، ويُقدَّم التطبيق كما هو في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.
